o    Designing data collection and collation tools

o    Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

·         Program Databases and Data Quality Management

o    Designing and managing program databases

o    Ensuring data quality, reliability, and ethical standards

o    Conducting Routine Data Quality Assessments (RDQAs)

·         Evaluation Design and Implementation

o    Developing evaluation questions and methodologies

o    Planning, budgeting, and managing evaluation processes

o    Engaging stakeholders and managing consultants

·         Analyzing and Reporting Data for Decision-Making

o    Data analysis techniques and strategies

Entry Requirements

Applicants must possess:

·         A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or

·         An equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

·         Assessment: 10 assignments (70%) + Research project (30%)
